How to Prevent Pimples and have a Smooth Skin
Pimples are embarrassing lumps on your skin that we need to avoid. Having skin break outs can be avoided by simply practicing good and proper hygiene. Bacteria mixed with oil that is trapped in our skin are called pimples.
There are so many ways on how to prevent pimples and as long you follow these practices every day of your life; you minimize the risk of having pimple breakouts on your skin, most especially on your face.

If there are no wash basin or soap around you can use a towellete containing benzoyl peroxide to clean away all the dirt and bacteria on your skin. These products can easily be found in any drug store or market. You should also note for the soap you are using on your face.
Some facial soaps contain harmful chemicals that can do damage to your skin than do good. Different skin types also required different types of soaps. You can ask your dermatologist regarding on what type of soap is applicable to your skin type.
Cleaning the face too much can also lead to pimple breakdowns because off the washing away of the natural oil.
If you are active in sports or your skin is normally oily, you can wash your face up to 3 times a day because you are releasing dirt and bacteria through your sweat glands.
Once you have shed sweat, make sure to dry out your skin. This is to prevent accumulation of oil and dirt into your skin. If possible, take a shower to wash away all the dirt and bacteria from your skin.
Drink a lot of water every day because it helps in washing away all the harmful bacteria on dirt on your skin. If you sweat a lot, the more important it is for you to rehydrate your skin and replenish with it.
Aside from giving you a healthy looking skin, drinking lots of water can help in giving you a healthier body and sound mind every day. Drinking 8-10 glasses of water every day will help do the trick.
Juices, coffee or soda beverages do not count because your body require water- not just any liquid. And these kinds of drinks contain ingredients that can be harmful to your body.
As you can see, preventing pimple appearances are quite simple as long as you practice proper hygiene. you can have lesser chances of pimple breakouts leaving you a smoother and healthy skin.
